City/State Harrisonburg, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: Sentara RMH Wellness Center is hiring a Mind/Body Instructor Mind Body Instructors (MBI) are responsible for delivering a safe, fun and healthy member and guest experience by leading / instructing group exercise classes such as mind-body, yoga, Pilates, Barre, etc. HBI's create a welcoming and positive experience for Wellness Center members and guests by answering questions and providing education, identifying and executing improvements in activities, processes and programs. Classes taught could involve regular ones taught at the Wellness Center and/or ones taught at other sites, including ones taught at community service events or as part for the corporate wellness program. MBI's promote the Center's services and programs to members and prospective members to retain existing members and attract new ones. MBI's are also responsible for maintaining a clean environment to provide an optimal place for members and guests to improve health every day. Education
