Job Requirements:



  • Provide customer support for software products
  • Assist with software installation, both virtual and in-person (Some travel may be involved)
  • Provide customer training, both virtual and in-person (Some travel may be involved)
  • Software testing and evaluation of functionality
  • Evaluate and facilitate software improvement suggestions for possible implementation
  • Excellent customer service, computer, communication skills and troubleshooting skills
  • Linux proficiency a must
  • Command-Line Proficiency: Linux admins work heavily with the command line, using tools to manage files, users, processes, and systems.
  • File System Management: Understanding file systems.
  • Process and Service Management: Monitoring and managing running processes and system services is essential for system stability.
  • (Mission Control\Zabbix) Package Management: Installing, updating, and removing software packages is a regular task. Linux Server\VM builds
  • Must have 3-5 years' work experience in an IT support function or a customer service oriented.
  • Candidate must live a commutable distance to Somerset, NJ
