Overview We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Director (RBDs to support the promotion of AMVUTTRA (vutrisiran). The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently approved the supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) for AMVUTTRA(vutrisiran). The approval expands the indication for AMVUTTRA, which now becomes the first and only therapeutic approved by the FDA for the treatment of ATTR-CM and the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR-PN) in adults. The RBD will be principally responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of Business Account Executives, focusing on disease awareness and product education among healthcare professionals managing hATTR amyloidosis patients. This is an incredible opportunity to build a team and shape a market in support of patients, caregivers, and the hATTR amyloidosis community. The RBD will provide coaching to help ensure every BAE meets or exceeds target. He/she will be critical in the assessment and improvement of field and selling processes. RBDs will also need to provide insights to inform commercial strategy, given their proximity to the market, and ultimately meet and exceed performance targets.
