The Job We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our President & CEO. This role is far more than calendar management-it is an opportunity to operate at the highest levels of executive support and influence, ensuring the CEO's time, communications, and priorities are flawlessly executed to drive the organization's mission forward. As a key member of the executive office, you will not only ensure seamless day-to-day operations, but also foster alignment across the leadership team, and help translate vision into action. This is an ideal role for a polished, proactive, and emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and understands the nuance and discretion required when working closely with a transformative leader. You Will Strategic Executive Support * Serve as a high-level liaison and trusted advisor to the CEO, anticipating needs and delivering proactive, strategic administrative support. Communications & Executive Correspondence * Draft, edit, and manage high-level communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO. Meeting & Event Leadership * Plan, organize, and execute high-stakes meetings, strategic offsites, and executive retreats with excellence in logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up. Project & Initiative Management * Support and manage key special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff. Executive Office & Stakeholder Engagement * Oversee the smooth functioning of the executive office and cultivate a professional, welcoming, and high-performing environment. Other duties as assigned.
