Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Director for our Corporate Lakeville, Minnesota Branch. Job Summary: The Outside Sales Director will be responsible for the development and management of the strategic plan to increase revenue and growth in the Outside Sales Team at Midwest based on Midwest's overall strategic plan. The role will cultivate networks and relationships within Midwest and partner vendors' management to drive sales growth. This position directly supervises the Regional Outside Sales Manager Team and works closely with the Inside Sales Director and Sales Trainer. Essential Job Functions:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and guidance to Regional Outside Sales Managers and the Sales Administration department. Regularly meet with Regional Outsides Sales Managers, individually and as a group, to discuss goal attainment, market share growth, increasing sales and revenue and other important topics as needed. Ensure that all Midwest initiatives, including compliance and licensing policies, procedures and updates are effectively communicated to and implemented by the Regional Outside Sales Management Team and Outside Sales Team. Organizational Competencies: Must be able to perform job responsibilities in a professional manner, consistent with the needs of our internal and external customers and in accordance with all policies, procedures, and manuals. Maintain a good work ethic while taking intentional steps toward the fiscal health of Midwest Veterinary Supply. Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Equipment Used: Regularly uses typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, printer, iPad and iPhone. Work Environment: Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required. Travel to attend meetings, conferences and industry events will be required.
