Mimecast is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Customer & Revenue Officer (CCRO). This is a role of strategic importance where you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across the organization. By partnering closely with the CCRO, you will help drive key business objectives while contributing to Mimecast's mission to empower organizations to thrive in today's complex digital environment.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively manage a complex calendar and scheduling system, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare the CCRO's schedule, ensuring they are well-informed of commitments and responsibilities.

  • Develop and manage materials for Board meetings and other sensitive documentation, including reports related to insider trading.

  • Collaborate with teams across Mimecast to prepare meeting documents and pre-read materials, enabling productive decision-making.

  • Coordinate large meetings, off-sites, and team-building events.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations, managing complex international itineraries via Concur.

  • Work closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless collaboration across leadership functions.

  • Attend departmental meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

  • Maintain organizational charts and manage email distribution lists.

  • Draft, edit, and prepare documents and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure effective communication at all levels.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite leaders.

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, and Slack. Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.

  • Experience managing international travel arrangements, including complex itineraries and logistics.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.

  • A team-oriented mindset with high energy and a results-driven approach.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
