The hourly range for this role, based in Fort Smith is $18.00 to $22.50. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries Hourly Rates are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

Maintain inventory, transactions, documentation, and bottle flow in and out of broken lot and rework. Control all transactions, documentation, efficient tracking and quality of finished goods flowing through the rework area of non-conforming product. Work with Material Handling,Quality and Bottling to monitor quarantined inventory and coordinate priority of projects

Accountabilities

- Key Accountability

  • Ensure accurate transactions for broken lot and non-conforming

    product. Maintain inventory accuracy, including proper tax

    status. Report all tax changes to government regulatory group.

  • Accuracy reported by Government regulatory group and inventory accuracy at physical must be within 99% accurate.

  • Monitor efficiency and quality output of groups reworking non-

    conforming products. Ensure timely completion of these

    functions to avoid product outages and obsolescence.

    Coordinate labor via temp agencies as needed

  • No missed orders due to rework failure to get product refurbished for shipment.

  • Track costs for supplies and hours used by project and record

    as needed to capture and report these costs out.

  • Weekly reporting of costs and work completed to management each week for review.

  • Monitor quarantined inventory and work with Quality

    management to prioritize rework projects

  • Finished goods quarantined for rework no older than 60 days

  • Maintain good housekeeping and observe all safety regulations

    including protective gear.

  • No write ups for violations or failures to maintain area at known performance levels

  • Manage all Customer samples

  • No missed sample orders

  • Manage and maintain sitewide shipping and receiving of

    packages

  • Ensure all packages are received and delivered to appropriate party.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school or GED
  • Experience/Background:
  • Production/inventory, quality experience a plus
  • Technical Functional Skills:
  • Computer knowledge- Proficient in E1, strong Microsoft Office skills including extensive Excel experience

Working Conditions:

Physical/Skilled Labor: Work is performed in a general production area and/or office environment with regular demands for moving, lifting/carrying/lowering up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, climbing, and pushing. Must be forklift certified. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage.
