YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Opportunity for a Plant Safety Operations Manager at our Guymon, OK location. The Plant Operations Safety Manager have oversight and management of activities for the workplace safety of a 900,000-square-foot pork harvest facility with 2600 employees. Responsible for implementing and managing all safety compliance policies/procedures to ensure adherence with local, state, and federal agencies, emphasizing continuous improvement to control incidents effectively and health exposures in the workplace. Ensure all plant employees, vendors, and contractors adhere to the established health, safety & environmental policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions; to safeguard the environment and protect the well-being of individuals while minimizing any risk to the business.
