YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Transportation Assessment and Compliance Supervisor opportunity in Guymon, OK. The Transportation Assessment and Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to biosecurity principles, animal handling procedures, and all transportation procedures across the organization. Leading and overseeing the assessment of these processes along with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business operations, optimize compliance, and increase overall efficiency. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel to multiple production sites throughout the states we operate in. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to waste material, feed and hog dust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but sometimes very loud. The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends and overnight travel as requested. WHY SEABOARD FOODS?
