YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a dynamic Parts Room Manager to lead and oversee a multi-shift mechanical parts department at our Guymon, OK pork processing facility. This role is responsible for managing inbound mechanical, repair, and operations (MRO) materials, ensuring efficient inventory control, logistics, and material flow. Working closely with the maintenance department, this position ensures timely procurement and availability of critical parts to support operational efficiency. Additionally, the role provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to a team responsible for processing orders, receiving goods and services, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires strong collaboration and communication with plant management and vendors to deliver high-quality service and align with the organization's business objectives.
