Ecolab is seeking a Lead SAP FICO Architect on the Enterprise Platform Team - as a member of the SAP Enhancements & Solution Architecture team. The Lead Architect will provide the Design, develop IT architecture and provide leadership for the team. Ensure that standard architecture decisions are implemented consistently across business and IT in order to support the business and IT strategy. What You Will Do
Provide Design and Process leadership for the SAP Enhancements & Solution Architecture team. Designs and Develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. Responsible for technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Collaborate with Stakeholders and technical teams to review requirements and design the solutions, maintaining levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations. Review and refine effort estimations by analyzing business requirements for change and project requests. Participate in strategic discussions and presentations to stakeholders. Comply with quality metrics around the standard SAP delivery process compliance. Pursue upskilling and certification in SAP modules and related technology areas. Mentor and provide leadership to direct reports to build SAP competency in the FICO area. Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 10 years of FICO SAP experience S4 project implementation experience Experience in the implementation and ongoing business support of a Finance solution Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications
15 years of FICO SAP experience SAP FSCM experience and M&A experience. Understanding of SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud. Good SAP Finance knowledge and understanding of business process requirements and capabilities with other key SAP integrated modules, MM/WM, SD, P2P, PPQM etc. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Treasury, MDG Finance, cFIN, Financial Close, Profitability Analysis, and intercompany reconciliation. Experience with IDOC's, API, and Integrations (e.g. Bank interfaces). Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment. Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams. Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions. Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks. Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders. Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge. Ability to clearly articulate and communicate technology concepts to different audiences. Good analytical skills, results-oriented, and effective in problem-solving.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $149,700.00 - $224,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
