Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide impactful insights and critical business decision support.

Essential Functions

  • Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Communicate with end users to conduct needs assessment
  • Develop basic data marts needed to efficiently query data
  • Work with unstructured information to validate, test, and interpret data into business insights

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):

Communicate plans for delivering solutions

Use a wide variety of analytical tools including data visualization and interactive discovery tools

Document definitions and structure of business data to ensure governance

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or any applicable field and 3 years of related experience or alternatively a Master's degree in same and 1 year of related experience
