As a Cleared Security Officer - Armed Patrols in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and attention to detail. You will interact with personnel and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour Secret

$29.00 / Hour Top Secret

$38.38 / Hour Yankee White

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats within the aerospace and defense location, reporting observations according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Level III Armed Security Officer Certification is required for Texas positions.
• An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Texas Armed Security Officer License is preferred for Allied Universal Security positions in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
