Marketing Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH (On-site) Type: Full-Time Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for digital strategy and brand storytelling? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support multi-channel marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness in the video and event production industry. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. Content Management: Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts by scheduling posts, crafting engaging content, responding to followers, and analyzing performance data to maximize engagement. CRM & Database Support: Maintain and update marketing databases (HubSpot experience preferred) to ensure accurate client and prospect data for targeted outreach. Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities that can shape future campaigns and strategies. Vendor and Partner Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of promotional materials and marketing event logistics. Event Support: Help organize and execute both internal and client-facing events, managing logistics, attendee communications, and on-site coordination. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on social media or digital marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Portfolio submission encouraged - We'd love to see examples of your past work in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign coordination. \|Please Note: This is a fully onsite position.
