Description This position will be traveling to see patients in the Southeast Portland area (mostly Clackamas county). The CNA Hospice aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
