Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Pretzel Operator I to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on the Week Night Shift. This position works Sunday -Wednesday 5:25 PM - 5:25 AM.

Key Responsibilities



  • Inspect packaged items for defects, including checking weight, verifying codes, dates, and
    pricing, and ensuring proper sealing.
  • Report any conditions that could lead to contamination or safety concerns.
  • Pack products into cartons, barrels, cans, and specialty containers, then place them onto skids
    or conveyors.
  • Prepare items for production (e.g., cans, labels, trays, rework items).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment following OSHA, FDA, and Good
    Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
