The Role

As an Inside Sales Lead Generation Manager you're tasked with leading a group of highly motivated and talented Sales Development Representatives. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Lumen customers and is the key to success of Lumen. The Lead Generation Manager must be passionate about sales and building a successful sales team. This position is a leadership position and will utilize professionalcommunication,research networking, marketingandsalesskills. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet or exceed their monthly lead, conversion rates and sales goals.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a staff of 6-8Sales Development Representatives to support a team of Sales Reps
  • Onboard, coach and mentor SDRs to become professional, account acquisition and penetration experts
  • Run weekly dashboards/reports to review with SDR leadership
  • Provide mentorship and training to SDRs on how to use technology including LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Revenue.io and Salesforce to drive pipeline
  • Develop a broad understanding of the Lumen portfolio of solutions/products, communicate thevalue proposition, deliver elevator pitches and key messaging as needed to progress the conversation and improve conversation/meetings percentage
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (marketing, operations, sales)
  • Recruit, educate, and nurture your team to ensure ongoing success and career progression potential
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate MQLs generated by your team
  • Perform weekly/monthly audits to ensure quality of MQLs

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$76,325 - $101,766 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$80,147 - $106,859 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$83,969 - $111,951 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
