The Provider team is actively looking for a customer-obsessed and passionate product support specialist to become a valuable part of our expanding Digital Operations team. Our focus involves maintaining, improving, and supporting our digital products so we can maximize the amount of digital release of information requests we can fulfill.

You Will:



  • Ensure excellent client support and overall high client satisfaction by supporting cross-functional teams with support for implementations as well as technically reviewing connections and understanding the client's systems and workflows
  • Monitor internal ticket queue and research requests to determine the type of actions needed. This may include working with SQL, Azure, and other user platforms, in addition to engaging with other internal technical teams as needed
  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback and questions from internal customers about the product. Provide education to internal customers as necessary
  • Commit to 2 day turnaround times for internal customer support tickets
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and challenges across company platforms. Understand how they may impact our product and communicate these impacts to stakeholders as necessary
  • Share best practices with stakeholders and update workflows to increase the number of digital release of information requests processed


What You Will Bring to the Table:



  • Experience in software support or software delivery
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and natural curiosity - you take big problems, troubleshoot, and identify and action the root cause
  • Attention to detail - no product issue, big or small gets, past you
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various technical teams to resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal partners - you bring a customer-obsessed mindset to all interactions and have a knack for building trusting relationships
  • Comfortable with change and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$45,000 $65,000 USD
