The Front Desk Administrative Assistant on-site at 580 Howard Avenue, Somerset, NJ plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk duties and providing key administrative support. This includes overseeing visitor checkins, managing badge creation and cancellations, sorting and distributing incoming mail, and coordinating with vendors for building services. The role also supports leadership teams by assisting with conference room bookings and managing server room access. Additionally, the position involves responding to customer inquiries and assisting with various crossdepartmental tasks and projects. This role is integral to maintaining efficient communication, organization, and operational flow within the organization and across sister companies. Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities at 580 Howard Avenue Somerset, NJ, ensuring smooth operations between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. * Assist with signing in visitors using the Lobby Guard system, maintaining accurate records of all on-site guests, and ensuring proper check-out once guests depart. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $30,940 to $44,200 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
