Levy Sector LOCATION: Rank & Rally is searching for a Director of Retail in Ohio, Michigan or Illinois for potential future business opportunities. Job Summary Oversee all venue retail operations, including event-day and non-event-day activities Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays Train and supervise full-time and part-time retail staff Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Coordinate with marketing and partnerships to align retail with brand initiatives Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention programs Lead and manage all retail staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting the needs of each unique business and ensuring timely and effective communication. Oversee buying strategies and revenue management to optimize profitability and inventory levels. Ensure effective merchandising practices to enhance the fan experience and maximize sales opportunities. Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Report on performance metrics and provide insights to clients and senior management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred 5+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in sports or entertainment Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software Experience managing merchandising, buying, and inventory controls Familiarity with financial planning and P&L responsibility Rank & Rally is a member of Compass Group USA.
