As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will enrich the experience of working at Capital by providing innovative, high-quality services to internal and external customers. You will be part of a model global service organization and collaborate with a team to provide exceptional services and operations for our Los Angeles office.

  • You demonstrate a strong passion for interior finishing design, proactively addressing both tactical and strategic challenges. You consistently introduce innovative ideas and forward-thinking methods to elevate interior design direction.
  • You are accountable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about implementing innovative ideas in a team environment and developing alternative solutions for potential material and or resource issues.
  • You excel as a subject matter expert in multiple areas - in this role those may include customer service, operations, space planning, food services, facilities management, safety, and more.
  • You enjoy leveraging your knowledge to problem solve and empower others.
  • You seek opportunities to develop effective professional relationships with key internal customers, business units, and colleagues, both locally and cross-site.
  • You enjoy taking initiative and using sound judgement in gathering complex information, understanding various perspectives, and are comfortable articulating business cases and rationale behind recommended solutions.
  • You have experience directing service vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing related budgets including invoices and quality control.
  • You demonstrate intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You can demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates.
  • You hold intellectual curiosity, humility, and team orientation.
  • You hold strong organization, project management and multi-tasking skills.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $71,564-$114,502

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
