Job Description:

At Rite-Hite, we're investing in the full employee journey-and we're looking for a Talent Management Analyst to help elevate how employees join, grow, and thrive within our organization.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll play a key part in shaping and supporting core people programs including onboarding, employee surveys, talent systems, and HR communications. You'll also serve as a key contributor to our annual Sustainability Report, helping to tell the story of our investment in people.

What You'll Do

Onboarding Experience

  • Assess and enhance our onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.

  • Recommend improvements and implement automated workflows and clear documentation.

  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and hiring managers to create a smooth and engaging experience that reduces early turnover.

Employee Survey Program

  • Lead the execution of our global annual employee survey, from survey design and rollout through results analysis and action planning.

  • Train HR and business leaders on survey tools and reporting dashboards.

  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve survey effectiveness and engagement.

HR Communications & Intranet

  • Support the development and execution of a global HR communications strategy in alignment with our values.

  • Own and manage the People Page on the intranet, ensuring content is current, relevant, and user-friendly.

  • Partner with HR leaders to communicate policies, initiatives, and organizational updates in a consistent and engaging way.

Talent Management Process Enablement

  • Support and improve performance management, talent reviews, learning systems, and skill profiles.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, training guides, and quick-reference tools.

  • Conduct functional testing of Workday processes and partner with HR Tech to build and refine reporting dashboards.

Sustainability Reporting - People Pillar (ESG)

  • Serve as the HR content lead for the People Pillar of the company's annual Sustainability Report.

  • Collect data, success stories, and program outcomes from across HR.

  • Draft compelling narratives that reflect our commitment to employee well-being and responsible workplace practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience supporting or managing talent programs

  • Experience with process documentation, training design, or learning systems

  • Experience with onboarding programs and employee survey tools (e.g., Glint, Qualtrics, Energage) preferred

  • Familiarity with performance management, learning paths, and talent reviews

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience strongly preferred
