POSITION SUMMARY:

Uses a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and or test various parts and finished assembled product. Package product for shipment.

As the Assembler MC, you will use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to perform operations that correctly assemble or test various parts and finished products. You will also package items for shipment, maintain a clean work environment, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing process

You Have:

• High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED).

• Ability to learn and apply assembly techniques and procedure.

• Commitment to continuous learning and effective participation in training activities.

• Ability to identify and address safety concerns.

• Courses in Industrial Technology (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environments. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical setting.

Compensation:

• $18.00-$22.00 per hour
