Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to join our exciting team and manage the overall success of the Chicago Innovation Center. Reporting directly to the VP of AMER SIC, this pivotal role will be instrumental in driving executive engagements in the region. The engagements we produce foster a strategic partnership with sales, product leaders, and our executives to drive and accelerate pipeline while delivering impactful customer experiences at our Innovation Center in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess deep B2B marketing expertise, a proven track record of driving pipeline and executive engagements, collaborating effectively with cross- functional counterparts, Sales, Real Estate, IT and product marketing. This individual will be responsible for partnering with various internal and external teams to ensure the success and growth of the program. The Director will lead the Chicago-based team involved with day-to-day briefings and drive the overall program strategy. This position requires strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills and the ability to communicate and work with executive management, sales leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of the program in this dynamic & fast-paced environment. You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
