Associate Project Manager EI

Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support our Repair Team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by managing procurement processes, maintaining accurate tracking systems, and supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage all repair purchase orders (POs).
• Assist in the ordering of repair materials and maintain their tracking status
• Maintain and update the excel based trackers.
• Support the superintendent in ordering parts and coordinating logistics.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bachelors Degree - preferred. High School Diploma - required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to learn elevator-specific knowledge (training provided).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

The base salary for this role will range between $81,000 - $101,200 and is bonus eligible
