As a key player in our mission-critical programs, you'll help safeguard complex information systems that support some of the nation's most important operations.

As an ISSO at Peraton, you'll be at the forefront of cybersecurity operations, responsible for ensuring compliance with strict government security protocols and driving risk mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing, and enforcing cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices across high-impact systems.

• Maintaining the security posture of critical information systems, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

• Supporting the daily security operations and compliance activities of classified systems.

• Evaluating security solutions and conducting vulnerability and risk assessments for accreditation processes.

• Overseeing security configuration management, including software, hardware, and firmware updates.

• Managing system changes and assessing their impact on security controls and requirements.

• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining key security documentation such as System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification & Accreditation (C&A) packages, and more.

• Supporting security authorization activities in compliance with government frameworks.

Position Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Two years experience as an ISSO on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four additional years of experience as an ISSO may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required.
