Systems and the Cosmetology Program and manage day-to-day operations of the office and classrooms*Prepare division reports, minutes at meetings, and other college reports as needed *Collect, review, and submit faculty office schedules, syllabi, assessment reports, and other documentation as needed *Assist with ACBSP reaccreditation process and annual reports *Provide support for faculty with CV classes, assignments, and test proctoring *Assist with recruitment activities, registration, and graduation surveys/applications *Maintain documentation for faculty portfolios and student evaluation reports *Submit purchase orders, requisitions, and documentation for Workday *Maintain departmental supplies and distribute as needed for all campuses *Oversee rooms and equipment for three computer labs and one large classroom *Assist with college website as directed *Perform periodic reviews of websites to ensure connectivity of links and relevancy of information *Manage campus information television monitors *Assist in teaching high school classes, as required *Assist in training of faculty/staff, as needed *Ability to work flexible schedule Qualifications: An associate's degree is preferred plus at least two years of supervisor and training experience. Must possess good interpersonal skills in working with students, faculty, and staff. Must have strong grammar, punctuation, proofreading and computer skills. Preference given to candidates proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and those who possess strong leadership and training skills.
