Responsible for the strategic planning of marketing efforts for the Service & Repair department. Develops and executes marketing plans to promote the Guardian brand and portfolio of offerings. Supports the sales team on identifying opportunities and driving customer success. Creates processes that improve efficiency and/or drives revenue growth for Service & Repair. Analyzes Service & Repair sales data to assess current performance and identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and implements marketing strategies tailored to the needs of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Strengthens the Richard Wolf and Guardian brands with healthcare decision makers through thoughtful and compliant messaging and content.
  • Plans and executes marketing campaigns, including email, website content, social media, and print.
  • Creates marketing collateral such as sell sheets and brochures that emphasize the customer benefit and that supports the sales team.
  • Ensures all marketing materials and messaging comply with Richard Wolf brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinates Guardian presence at national and regional healthcare events.
  • Collaborates with internal departments on product launches and other company-wide initiatives. Advocates service and repair with internal audiences and communicates customer value.
  • Provides reports on service results using SAP, Cobblestone, and Excel.
  • Creates and approves customer quotes. Works with field staff on actions required and ensures they are complete.
  • Management of the Cobblestone Contract Lifecycle Management system.
  • Assists with training of the Guardian Services team and field representatives regarding Service & Repair.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travels approximately 30% within the United States to meet customers and attend company meetings and sponsored events.
  • Stays up to date with current trends and status in the sterile processing profession.
  • Aware of and complies with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the National Service & Repair Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical services.
  • Background in healthcare services, endoscopy or minimally invasive surgery, preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical teams, technicians, or medical professionals, preferred.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Understands the importance of endoscope maintenance, inspection, care and handling.
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred to understand process of repairs.
  • Sterile Processing Certification (or willingness to achieve) such as CRCST, CCSVP or similar required.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines, Stark Law basics).
  • Demonstrated success as a marketer in B2B healthcare environments, preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain healthcare vendor credentials from credentialing agencies such as Secure, Symplr, GHX, Green Security or similar.
  • Advanced PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products. Proficiency with pivot tables, graphs, Vlookup and other advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Experience with and understanding of multi-cultural and multi-generational differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
