This client is seeking a certified Change Manager to lead its massive digital transformation and modernization efforts. This role involves transitioning from legacy platforms to several new Enterprise Applications across various business units including Finance, Technology Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Human Resources. The Change Manager will drive change management initiatives, build awareness, and push adoption of the new software platform. They will collaborate with executive sponsors and a diverse mix of stakeholders, understand obstacles, and focus on training and adoption. Additionally, they will support the establishment of a new change management office across the organization. This position offers long-term work with potential of conversion to permanent leadership roles. It is part of a immense digital transformation with significant sponsorship, providing high levels of visibility. The role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a personality that can hold people accountable.
