We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, values patient interaction, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently * Verify insurance coverage and benefits * Input and manage patient data in EPIC for billing, registration, and scheduling * Collect and enter demographic, insurance, and co-pay information * Ensure a seamless check-in experience for patients * Troubleshoot scheduling and access issues proactively * Manage patient forms, letters, and documentation flow * Provide support at the front desk and in the back office (phone-based scheduling) Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting * Proficiency with EPIC (1+ year preferred) * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Work Environment * Rotating between four locations (three in Appleton, one in Neenah) * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Fridays until 4:30 PM), Monthly Tuesday Meeting 5:30-7:00 PM Apply today and become a vital part of a compassionate and professional team! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
