Clinical Social Worker Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 84940BR Job Summary The Clinical Social Worker (CSW) will join the Citywide Case Management CASC Team in collaboration with the San Francisco Adult Probation Department (SFAPD). The CSW will manage a caseload of 15-17 individuals identified by SFAPD as needing mental health services. These clients are re-entering the community following substantial or repeated periods of incarceration. The CSW will provide comprehensive assessments, crisis interventions, case management, individual and group therapy, and substance abuse services. These services will be delivered at SFAPD's Community Assessment and Service Center (CASC), located at 564 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Additionally, the CSW will assist clients in addressing their needs and make appropriate referrals as necessary. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $37.56 - $50.31 (Hourly Rate). The CASC is behavioral health-focused, multi-services one-stop clinical reentry center that bridges SFAPD probation supervision services with comprehensive support including clinical and reentry case management, medication management and distribution, peer mentoring, 1:1 therapy, education and employment services, barrier removal, and benefits acquisition.
