FlexStaff is seeking a Procurement Analyst for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service and process supply/service requests.

• Review and edit requisitions for accuracy.

• Process orders via ERP system.

• Assist with procurement projects.

• Maintain required documentation.

• Onboard new vendors.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain purchasing information in Workday.

• Reconcile accounts with Accounts Payable.

• Keep Purchasing Manager informed of activities and issues.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Assist with monthly vendor spend analysis and budget variance reports.

• Perform vendor invoice analysis.

• Assist with outstanding check analysis and reconciliation.

• Assist with internal/external audits.

• Generate and ensure accuracy of 1099 files.

• Adapt to new responsibilities and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, required

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience general office, facilities, and purchasing experience preferably within healthcare settings.

• Experience with Workday and Oracle Financial, preferred.

• Meets deadlines efficiently.

• Proven track record of increasing responsibility.

• Accounting knowledge, strong communication, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Eager to learn and problem-solve.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Resilient and committed to continuous improvement.
