Key Responsibilities: Lead all culinary operations for campus dining and catering - from concept to execution. Design and implement menus that balance creativity, nutrition, and student satisfaction, in line with established standards. Mentor and develop your culinary team - ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and safety. Manage food costs, inventory, and labor budgets to meet financial goals and sustainability targets. Champion food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines. Collaborate with campus partners and clients, aligning dining programs with their vision and goals. Track and analyze performance metrics, using data to continuously improve culinary offerings. Serve as the face of campus dining, creating memorable culinary moments for students, faculty, and guests. Preferred Qualifications: Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of culinary management experience High volume production and catering experience is essential Proven experience leading teams in a large-scale dining or catering environment.
