Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all culinary operations for campus dining and catering - from concept to execution.
  • Design and implement menus that balance creativity, nutrition, and student satisfaction, in line with established standards.
  • Mentor and develop your culinary team - ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor budgets to meet financial goals and sustainability targets.
  • Champion food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Collaborate with campus partners and clients, aligning dining programs with their vision and goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, using data to continuously improve culinary offerings.
  • Serve as the face of campus dining, creating memorable culinary moments for students, faculty, and guests.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Proven experience leading teams in a large-scale dining or catering environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with food and labor cost controls and menu development.
