The MGH Center for Cancer Research located at the Charlestown Navy Yard, is seeking to fill a Research Assistant position. The individual will work under the mentorship of Dr. Andrea McClatchey, learning functional research, running experiments, and analyzing data and other laboratory functionalities. The candidate will be provided in-depth practical training alongside theory and should possess excellent communication skills since he/she/they will be expected to work closely with and learn from others in the lab and members of the Department.
Principal duties are to assist in experiments for research projects under supervision of the project head and the PI of the laboratory. The primary role of this position is to work on and understand cancer cell therapies and work on experiments in the pipeline of schwannoma and cholangiocarcinoma heterogeneity.
