Job Summary The goals of the Warrior Bridge program (WB) are to: (1) increase employment opportunities for veterans with disabilities; (2) increase job-related skills among local veterans with disabilities; (3) increase the integration of veterans with disabilities into the private sector workforce; and (4) improve self-sufficiency among veterans with significant disabilities. The WB Coordinator will provide comprehensive employment rehabilitation overlay services to improve the self-sufficiency and quality of life of veterans with disabilities through competitive employment, including comprehensive self-employment exploration, education and business start-up services for veterans with disabilities. The WB Coordinator will be responsible for building employer relationships, coordinating direct employment services for veterans and providing community resource linkages.
