Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing two or more of the Monitoring and Reporting Associate II processes which include Cash Vault Reconciliation, Legal Process, Levy Processing, Mobile, ATM and RDC Deposit Review, Inactive/Dormant - Unclaimed Property and Regulatory Compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Scans, indexes, and commits Monitoring & Reporting documents into Director.
  • Processes Research Requests within established Service Level Agreements.
  • Processes Transaction Management Entries (TMS) and General Ledger tickets as required.
  • Processes incoming Social security Administration customer account verification requests within the required timeframe.
  • Reviews system generated reports to identify ports established without tax identification numbers.
  • Performs call back to verify the transactions entered by other department associates that have posted to the system.
  • Performs cash vault reconciliation, legal processing, levy processing, mobile, ATM, and RDC Deposit Review, processes inactive/dormant - unclaimed property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Performs research and provides supporting documentation pertaining to assigned processes.
  • Processes adjustment transaction entries as required.
  • Completes monthly certifications and monitoring of various center reports.
  • Provides process improvement recommendations to help streamline department processes.
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, the Internet, and Microsoft Office software programs.

The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds.

Salary Range:$20.00 To $24.08 Hourly
