POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The Project Manager, IT Project Management-Infor M3 reports to the Director, PMO & Grievance
  • Located in Mansfield, MA
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid



As a Project Manager in IT Project Management, you will leverage your experience to lead and coordinate the successful execution of IT projects solely focused on the ERP implementation of M3. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. In this role, ERP implementation and upgrade experience is required, with experience in Infor platforms, including CSDe, CSD, M3, SX, and FACTS.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning and Execution:



  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Stakeholder Management:



  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.


Risk Management:



  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.


Quality Assurance:



  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.


Budget and Resource Management:



  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to align with financial guidelines.


Project Documentation:



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, risk logs, and issue logs.
  • Generate regular status reports to update stakeholders on project progress.


Continuous Improvement:



  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance project delivery capabilities.



COMPETENCIES:



  • Proven experience in leading and delivering IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey project-related information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and positive team dynamics.
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Strategic thinking to develop proactive risk management strategies.
  • Experience in implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 2 - 4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Infor Deployment Methodologies (IDM) preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
