We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Guidewire Developer to join our team remotely! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Cloud, and hold an ACE certification. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Guidewire solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:* * *Lead Development Efforts:* Oversee the development and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Cloud solutions. * *Technical Leadership:* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, testers, and offshore teams, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. * *Problem Solving:* Identify and resolve technical gaps, issues, and errors in the implementation of Guidewire solutions. * *Project Management:* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks. * *Documentation:* Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and user guides. * *Quality Assurance:* Ensure the quality and performance of Guidewire solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews. *Qualifications:* * *Guidewire Experience: *Well versed with PolicyCenter 10.0 and Guidewire Cloud. * *Certification:* Guidewire ACE certification is required. * *Communication Skills:* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * *Problem-Solving Skills:* Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. * *Project Management:* Experience managing projects and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
