Supervisor in Training

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 4:00am start time / 45-50 hours per week (Overtime Eligible)

A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor in Training:

• The Operations Admin at Waste Connections provides essential support to the operations department under direct supervision.

• This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency by managing inventory reports, updating route information, and assisting with customer service inquiries

• Assists Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries

• Reports any safety or customer service-related issues to supervisor or manager

• Assist with IRB and Safety processes

• Assists in generating monthly productivity reports

• Follows all safety policies and procedures; participates with the team to achieve safety goals

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Must Have:

• Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and CDL within specified timeframes.

• 2+ years of experienceintransportation,and/or logistics services.

• Bachelors degree preferred.
