Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic On Site Human Resources Generalist with experience in all facets of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The Human Resources Generalist will have broad responsibility for coordinating and administering HR programs at Parker IPD's manufacturing facility in Boaz, AL. Partnering with the Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's WIN Strategy, division goals and objectives, HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. High level of organization skills, engagement and communication are necessary to build relationships with the goal of further positioning HR as a strategic business partner. This role reports to the Division HR Manager. Recruitment: full cycle recruitment of roles within site including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers. Payroll: responsible for weekly and monthly payroll process. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns related to payroll, benefits and other HR related matters. Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture. Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives. Coordinate corporate sponsored training. Administer and log entries into Learning Management System (LMS) Performance Management: Partner with functional and operational leaders to completed performance management and talent management cycle. Provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters. HR Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Engagement: Develop and implement local initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Work with leaders on engagement actions and monitor progress. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
