Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of facility equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Complete general building repairs such as painting, patching walls, fixing doors, and maintaining plumbing fixtures like sinks, toilets, and valves.
• Replace and maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, including emergency and exterior lighting connected to energy management systems.
• Repair and maintain ceiling tiles, grid systems, 120V outlets, photoelectric sensors, and lighting contactors.
• Conduct snow removal during winter months using snow blowers and apply de-icing materials.
• Maintain and repair doors, door hardware, carpet tiles, and rubber base as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of maintenance activities, communicate with management and tenants, and update work orders.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, procedures, and technical manuals.
• Capable of writing reports and effectively communicating with groups.
