What You'll Do Strategic Development: Collaborate with business leaders, the Strategy group, and other segments to co-create and refine strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive growth, profitability, and returns within the emerging businesses group. Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of approved strategic initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment, commitment, and successful implementation Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success. Analysis and Insight: Work closely with the Finance group to analyze the financial performance of businesses within the emerging segment. Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to the leadership team to support decision-making. Leadership: Lead and develop a team of professionals dedicated to strategic initiatives, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence. Influence: Foster strong collaboration and communication with various teams to ensure alignment with corporate objective and strategies. Position oneself as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support to operational teams and segment leadership. What You'll Need Proven experience in strategy, financial and business analysis Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead effective teams Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel as required Your Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
