About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for Summer 2025. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with enterprise portfolio leaders and gain hands-on experience in scaling tools, processes, and metrics that support strategic execution across the organization.

Major Accountabilities:

* Assist in establishing and refining PMO performance metrics to track portfolio execution and value delivery.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consistency and alignment in program management practices.

* Enhance and scale enterprise planning tools to support cross-program roadmapping and dependency mapping.

* Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to provide insights on portfolio health and delivery performance.

* Participate in portfolio review sessions and contribute to improving transparency and accountability across initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and tools like Excel or project planning software.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across multiple teams.

* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year.
