Overview

We are embarking on a transformative journey to modernize our business operations, enhance performance, and leverage cutting-edge technology through the upgrade of our SAP ERP platform to S/4HANA. As part of this evolution, we are advancing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities by shifting from SAP CRM quoting to a guided selling model powered by S/4HANA CPQ. To spearhead this critical initiative, we are seeking a strategic and experienced CPQ Transformation Lead who will play a pivotal role in redefining our quoting processes and driving a seamless transition to our next-generation platform.

The CPQ Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the full-scale transformation of our CPQ processes, ensuring a successful migration from SAP CRM quoting to S/4HANA CPQ. This individual will optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and create a more intuitive quoting experience for our sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in CPQ solutions, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure a smooth and effective implementation.



Responsibilities

    Lead Transformation Initiative: Oversee the CPQ transformation project, harmonizing processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, while optimizing the quoting experience for the Commercial teams.
  • Solution Design: Develop scalable and flexible CPQ solutions using S4/HANA, focusing on guided selling, accurate pricing, and dynamic quoting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful implementation while providing regular updates on project progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline CPQ processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between S4/HANA CPQ and other enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new CPQ system.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the new CPQ system and make data-driven improvements.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in CPQ solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing CPQ transformations.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM, S4/HANA, and CPQ solutions. Experience with guided selling and dynamic quoting is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in sales operations, pricing strategies, and quote-to-order processes.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects with the ability to lead, develop and inspire cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
