Summary

This role will support the Chief Transformation Officer to set the strategy and develop an integrated transformation roadmap in preparation for Chobani's next phase of profitable growth. S/he will be responsible for leading and executing key transformation projects, ranging from M&A, capital structure, growth expansion, digital / technology.

The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional business leaders and external advisors / consultants to drive successful outcome and minimize risks of key initiatives. S/he will also own the project management office as we integrate all key transformation initiatives onto one roadmap to help the organization manage and pace the investments, allocate resources and manage change.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically with a bias for action, organized and yet can be agile.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business case for specific projects, including strategic assessment and financial analyses
  • Lead and execute key transformation, in partnership with cross-functional teams and external advisors / consultants
  • Develop strategic framework to evaluate and prioritize key transformation projects
  • Own the Project Management Office (PMO) integrating all enterprise-level and key functional transformation initiatives
  • Develop one single depositary of and track all key projects at Chobani
  • Support / manage / influence large group of stakeholders
  • Prepare and present executive-ready discussion materials
  • Lead or conduct business due diligence
  • Vendor negotiation
  • Review business contracts and legal agreements
  • Identify, develop, manage, coach talents, including those on her/his team and beyond
  • Support and adjust to evolving priorities and her/his own work responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 15+ years of work experience in Transformation, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance; prior advisory experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting and / or large-scale Transformation Consulting (e.g. digital, M&A) a plus
  • Prior work experience at high-growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial Food & Beverage or Consumer Products companies a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details and excellent project management skills
  • High level of comfort with financial analyses
  • Ability to synthesize large amount of data and simplify into key messages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content and delivery for types of audience
  • Agile / flexible and excellent at managing competing priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn things, fast
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation Range:$203,000.00-$304,000.00, plus bonus.
