Overview As the Marketing and Partnership Manager, you'll bring The Jay's brand to life through high-impact activations, dynamic local partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns. You'll lead with intention-merging creativity with strategy to elevate the hotel's visibility and foster meaningful connections with San Francisco's movers, shakers, and storytellers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Curate & Execute Weekly Activations

WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience *Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field. *A minimum 3 years' of experience in digital graphic design, online content and project management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities *Ability to leverage Brand and HEI processes and systems to support compliance, identify trends and support execution of corporate and property strategies. *Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. *Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues. *Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Compensation Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
