Staffmark is
currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk for a reputable company in Monroe, LA. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with at least 1 year of reception or front desk experience.

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities



  • Greet visitors and provide general assistance to guests and staff
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional appearance
  • Handle mail distribution, data entry, and other clerical tasks
  • Support daily office functions and assist with administrative projects as needed



Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or administrative support experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and office equipment
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
