We are looking for a skilled and motivated Perfect Binder Operator to join our growing team! If you have experience operating Horizon, Muller, or similar perfect binding equipment and take pride in producing high-quality finished products, this is the opportunity for you. Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hr. (Based on experience) Schedule: 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, some overtime on Saturday occasionally What You'll Do: Operate and maintain perfect binding machines safely and efficiently Read and follow binding instructions to meet production goals Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety devices are functioning properly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with Horizon, Muller, or similar perfect binders Strong mechanical and PLC adjustment skills Ability to read a ruler and understand decimal conversions Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for long periods, lift 10-15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Willingness to work overtime when needed This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
