Perfect Binder Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Perfect Binder Operator to join our growing team! If you have experience operating Horizon, Muller, or similar perfect binding equipment and take pride in producing high-quality finished products, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, some overtime on Saturday occasionally

What You'll Do:



  • Operate and maintain perfect binding machines safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow binding instructions to meet production goals
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety devices are functioning properly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed




Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience with Horizon, Muller, or similar perfect binders
  • Strong mechanical and PLC adjustment skills
  • Ability to read a ruler and understand decimal conversions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 10-15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
