Staffmark is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a well-established facility in Caledonia, WI.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work a condensed weekend schedule while earning competitive pay.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities



  • Operate powered industrial equipment such as reach trucks, slip sheets, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking
  • Safely load, unload, and store products and materials
  • Scan product barcodes and print labels for inventory tracking
  • Stack and transport products to designated locations
  • Perform daily forklift safety inspections
  • Follow FIFO and product rotation procedures
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with housekeeping and ensure facility is always inspection-ready
  • Communicate issues or incidents promptly to supervisors



Qualifications



  • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
  • Valid forklift license or ability to obtain certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
