Do you have five years of technical sales experience and are seeking to elevate your career? Staffmark has an outstanding direct hire opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Sales Customer Service Representative position with a packaging company in Middletown, OH.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Salary: $50,000 - $56,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling pricing, order entry, and coordination of requirements.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email about orders, returns, shipments, and products.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate product shipments and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments on design, delivery, service, and account matters.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Manage and maintain inventory programs using the Harry Rohde Management System.

Qualifications: 5+ years of technical sales in the office, excellent Excel and analytical skills, MS office suite.
